   Join us for an instructor interactive, guided step-by-step, hands-on, DIY workshop.

   We will mentor you on the “what” and the “how” and get you to complete all the necessary forms to be ready to file by the end of the day, if you choose to do so.

*You must bring your own computer/laptop to complete and fill out all the necessary electronic paperwork. NOTE: Smartphones are not able to access this paperwork.

  • How to incorporate in the State of Texas (a step-by-step process)

The U.S. government is the largest single purchaser of goods and services in the world, awarding approximately $500 billion in contracts every year. Before you can begin doing business with the government your business must obtain the proper certifications. Federal, state and local governments offer businesses opportunities to sell billions of dollars’ worth of products and services. Many government agencies require that some percentage of the procurement’s be set aside for small businesses. Certifying your business can definitely help you successfully compete for government contracts.
 
This workshop will cover the basic certifications required to do business at the federal level.
